We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and amendments, or cancellations are necessary, but we kindly ask that you appreciate that when you cancel or reschedule an appointment without sufficient notice, valuable clinic time is lost and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
1. If you need to cancel your appointment or make amendments, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to the appointment start time. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled appointments. Clients must notify the clinic of the intention to cancel or amend a booking by email or phone.
2. If you are a no-show, where you do not show up for your appointment with no notification, you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled appointments you were booked for.
3. First appointments for new clients will require a credit card to secure the booking.
Our Time Guarantee:
To allow un-pressured, quality time for your appointment, and to ensure we are consistently on time, our policy is that we may need to reschedule clients who are more than 15 minutes late.
In return, we take responsibility for any staff member who is more than 15 minutes late and offer a complimentary detox voucher for use on your next visit.
We recommend that you arrive at least 10- 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
What information do we collect?
We collect solicited personal information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, purchase an item from us, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When interacting with our website, where appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, phone number and other personal information where it is reasonably necessary for one or more of the business’s functions or activities. You may, however, visit our site anonymously or choose to use a pseudonym. Should Shelley Gawith Functional Nutrition receive unsolicited personal information that does not meet the conditions set above, we will destroy the information as soon as practicable but only if it is lawful and reasonable to do so.

All prices stated on the current website are denominated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for New Zealand residents. Prices do not include shipping, which is charged according to delivery location. International customers will be charged in the currency noted on the site prior to completing the purchase. If currency conversion is required, your bank may charge you a fee for this. Please refer to your bank terms and conditions for more information.
When purchasing from Australia or New Zealand, your order will include GST.
How do we protect cardholder data?
All transactions on the website use industry best-practice encryption and security including SSL/TLS. When using the online store on Mindbody, we do not store cardholder data for longer than is necessary to process the payment through our payment gateway, and these details are never stored in our database at any time. If you choose to store your credit card details for future purchases, you have given permission for this to happen. SGFN staff, contractors and developers have no access at any time, under any circumstances to any card data entered into the website.

Making a Complaint
Your health is important but your happiness in my business as just as important. I give my personal guarantee if anything doesn’t quite go to plan, i’ll do my upmost to rectify for you.
If you feel that you have not received the best service, we value your feedback. I am extremely grateful that you would take the time to give us this complaint in a formal or informal manner via a phone call or written in an email. I take these complaints and feedback very seriously and will always attend to it myself personally in a timely manner. We always want to strive to give you the best experience possible. Customs & Duties
For any orders shipped outside of New Zealand or Australia the customer is the importer of the product and will be responsible for all customs import duties and any associated taxes.
If you no longer need a supplement we will refund unopened supplements that are six months from the expiry date.
If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time frame please contact New Zealand Post courier. We use New Zealand post courier system, you will always be given a tracking number with every purchase. To track your item please use this link https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. If it hasn’t arrived please contact New Zealand Post on 0800 501 501 to check on your missing parcel. If New Zealand post confirms they have delivered your parcel, they take photos of all their deliveries, please contact the office, email@example.com and we can refund your order and claim insurance from New Zealand Post. If New Zealand post confirms they delivered your item (via photos) and it was stolen from your letterbox, you will have to make a personal insurance claim as this was stolen from your address and SGFN can not claim insurance for this.
Please note, any missing order requests must be advised within 30 days from date of purchase, no further action will be taken for contact made after this time.
Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we’re unable to redirect orders. Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving them, unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.
