Calm & Slim Smoothie:

Plant-Packed Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 2 scoops Nutriclear
  • 1 scoop of collagen
  • 1 scoop Bio Fibre (for added fibre and plant points)
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 head of cauliflower (cauliflower adds creaminess and nutrients)
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 bunch of mint (about 10-12 leaves)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 avocado

Optional Extras: 1 scoop of Nitrogreens (for more fibre and plant points). 3 tbsps of hemp seeds or hemp oil, 2 tbsps of Peanut Butter, 1/4 of a cucumber, 1/4 of a beetroot

Instructions:

  1. Add Liquid First: Pour the water and coconut milk into the blender. This helps the blending process.
  2. Add Powders: Add the Nutriclear and Bio Fibre.
  3. Add Oil and Flavors: Add the flaxseed oil and cinnamon.
  4. Add Fruits and Veggies: Add the frozen blueberries, cauliflower, spinach, mint, lemon juice, banana, and avocado. (and any other additional vegetables you would like for EXTRA plant points)
  5. Blend: Start blending on low speed, then gradually increase to high speed until everything is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more water or coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust if necessary. You can add a little more lemon juice for tanginess or more cinnamon for spice, depending on your preference.
  7. Serve: Pour into a glass or jar.
  8. You can prepare this smoothie the night before, if you have time restrictions. If you like more a creamy texture- use frozen cauliflower and or add ice cubes to your smoothie. (for extra plant points add herbs and lemon rind to ice cubes and add them to your smoothie. You can also steam your spinach weekly and pop into ice cubes to use daily.)
